Vintage Lenox Orleans Cobalt Blue 8-1/4" Salad Plate

This 8-1/4" salad plate is part of the Lenox Orleans Cobalt Blue pattern. Soft ivory in color, it is decorated with precious gold laurel accents, a stunning cobalt blue band, and accented with bands of gold. Crafted from fine ivory china, this beautiful pattern is perfect for cookies with afternoon tea, as a gift plate for a birthday cake, or as an extra piece for an existing set. This wonderful piece is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips, or crazing. Lenox Orleans Cobalt Blue pattern was produced in 1935 and is discontinued. Because of the gold accents on this plate, it cannot be used in a microwave. As with all older dinnerware with gold filigree, it should be hand washed.
